All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The final amount at checkout is binding.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Payments
Payments must be made in full (advance) at the time of order using our secure payment gateway/UPI provided by us.
We do not store credit/debit card or UPI details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery time may vary based on location and courier delays.
Returns & Refunds
Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery if they are unboxed, unsealed, unused and in original condition.
Refunds are issued after product inspection. Shipping charges, Goods and Services Tax and other taxes are non-refundable.

Warranty
All smartwatches come with a limited warranty (if applicable). Warranty terms will be clearly mentioned with each product.
Warranty excludes damage due to misuse, water exposure beyond IP rating, or unauthorized repairs.
Intellectual Property
All content including logos, images, text, and product designs are the property of OnlySamayX. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
Privacy
We respect your privacy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Paonta Sahib only
